By making a reservation with Peru Culture Horizons, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Your participation in our tours constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Making a Reservation:

For online bookings, please provide all required personal details, including full name, passport number, date of birth, nationality, and gender.
Confirmation of Reservation:
Your booking is confirmed only after we receive your deposit and send a written confirmation. Until then, availability is not guaranteed.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards local communities and fellow travelers.
Peru Culture Horizons reserves the right to modify itineraries as necessary. If changes are made, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Limitation of Liability:
Peru Culture Horizons is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the tour. Participants accept the inherent risks involved in adventure travel.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with Peruvian law.
By participating in our tours, you grant Peru Culture Horizons permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your image used, please notify us in writing before your tour.
