1. Booking Confirmation All reservations require an advance payment to be confirmed. Our services are subject to availability and will only be officially guaranteed once the required deposit has been successfully received and verified by our team.

2. Advance Payment Requirements To secure your booking, a minimum deposit ranging from 30% to 50% of the total program cost is required. The exact percentage depends on the specific services requested, the season of travel, and the individual policies of our local suppliers.

3. Final Balance Settlement The remaining balance must be paid in full between 7 to 15 days prior to the start date of your tour. Please note that for peak travel seasons or highly specialized programs, we may require the final payment further in advance.

4. Last-Minute Bookings For any reservations made within 7 days of the service start date, 100% of the total payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee availability.

5. Accepted Payment Methods We gladly accept the following payment options:

• Bank Transfers: Both domestic and international.
• Credit or Debit Cards: Please be aware that processing fees may apply.
• Online Payment Gateways: Subject to availability.

6. Currency and Transaction Fees Unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise, all payments must be made in US Dollars (USD). Any associated bank charges, international transfer commissions, or currency conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the client.

7. Proof of Payment To ensure your booking is processed in a timely manner, clients must submit a proof of payment (such as a digital receipt or a screenshot of the transaction confirmation) via email or WhatsApp.

8. Non-Transferability Advance payments are strictly non-transferable to other individuals unless explicitly authorized in writing by Peru Culture Horizons.

9. Non-Refundable Deposits Please note that advance payments may be non-refundable. This applies particularly to funds used to secure third-party services, including but not limited to hotel reservations, train tickets, official permits, and entrance fees to archaeological sites. Any eligibility for refunds is strictly governed by our standard Cancellation Policy.

10. Acceptance of Terms By submitting an advance payment, the client fully acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the terms and conditions detailed in this policy.
